This book records the visions, insights and wisdom shared during the Conference. Moreover, extracts of 4 episodes of "New Thinking in Management" (a radio program jointly produced by CUHK EMBA Program and RTHK) are also included to give readers a more comprehensive perspective. These 4 episodes discussed the opportunities and challenges that Hong Kong businessmen met on the Mainland. Issues covered include cultural difference, human resources management, joint venture, CEPA, appreciation of Renminbi and revised labour law etc. One of the guest speakers, Mr. Larry Poon, has been working in China since 1993.
